THE PRICES INCLUDE


Swimming pool for adults and children (open from half may to the end of september), beach umbrellas and deck chairs at the solarium area. Park for children, bowls track, beach volley area, basket, table for table tennis. Laundrette (at coins) with ironing facilities, TV room, outdoor car parking, garage and beach by the lake with swimming-pool and sports facilities (free entrance). Animation, welcome drink (from 6 july to 3rd week of august) ,barbecue .

THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE

Utilities (gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and final cleaning), price per week : € 65,00 for giardino and portico, € 80,00 for solarium and balcone. 6th bed in solarium and balcone : € 50,00/week Towels rent : € 8,00 / person. Kitchen linen are not available Heating : € 11,00 / day Airco : € 12,50/day Safe : free (deposit requested). Pets : €7,00 per day or € 35,00 per week Deposit : € 100,00, to be given back at check out. Possibile taxe to pay on the spot .

INFORMATIONS FOR THE GUESTS

All the apartments are furnished in modern style and are always rent with kitchen accessories, Sat Television, and Baby Cot (on request). Reservations are accepted only from Saturday to Saturday, except for periods A and B. Arrivals are preferred from 16.00 to 19.30 and departures by 09.30 . To book you are invited to send a subscription of 30% of the total amount (ask for further details) .
